I have been building companies since I was 18. I sold some of them and learned from all of them.
I am Mugur Cosmin Frunzetti, a Romanian entrepreneur. I started with a popcorn factory, built MarketOnline, Floria and Retargeting, and today I work on Studio 20 and on business events such as AI Expo Europe. Here I write about digital, ecommerce, marketing, AI and entrepreneurship.

From popcorn to technology, in 30 years
1994
Bucharest Popcorn
Romania’s first packaged popcorn factory, started on my 18th birthday.
2005 – 2009
MarketOnline, Mediadot, Azerty
An online store launched in 2005, two acquisitions in 2008, majority stake sold in 2009.

Floria
Started in the middle of the financial crisis, it became one of the best-known online flower shops in Romania.
